Lewis Web Developments, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Decision Shaker mobile application (the "App"). Decision Shaker is designed to be private by default.
What Data Decision Shaker Uses
To provide its core functionality, Decision Shaker may use:
- On-device storage to save your preferences (like chosen font and color) and your Custom Mode decision lists.
- System frameworks for motion sensing (accelerometer), haptic feedback, and sound.
- Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases (for Custom Mode).
What We Do NOT Collect
- No Accounts: The App does not require user registration or an account.
- No Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
- No Decision Data: The questions, answers, and results generated within the App never leave your device. We cannot see what you decide.
- No Usage Analytics: We do not track how, when, or why you use the App.
- No Cloud Storage: All your data (settings and lists) is stored locally on your iPhone/iPad.
All processing happens on your device.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to third parties.
The optional Import/Export (.decisionshaker) feature allows you to share your custom lists directly with other users via file sharing (e.g., AirDrop, Messages, Email). This transfer occurs directly between devices and is not facilitated or intercepted by our servers.
Third-Party Services
Decision Shaker relies solely on Apple's built-in system frameworks (like SwiftUI, Combine, and StoreKit) and does not integrate with any third-party advertising or analytics services.
